CHAPTER 3

-Love doesn't need a reason. Like leaving without a goodbye for no reason-

***

"Already ah I'm going to the canteen, I'm thirsty."

"Eh, wait Raisa!"

Raisa waved her hand, getting out of the pressure from the crowd who were waiting for the final points of the match between Samudera and Antariosa schools. Bela and her two friends chased Raisa's fast steps towards the canteen with various questions.

"Mbak Mie Ayam each cold tea."

After mentioning the order, Raisa chose the corner table that had been her place with the three best friends who had been sitting on their seats.

"Have the heart ... have the heart ... lo, Rais, hikz." Arifah started her drama.

"I did not think that all this time you lied, you cheated me ..." Kinta was no less dramaqueen.

Only Bela showed a gloomy face without engineering. She was busy staring at the cellphone, waiting for someone's message and Raisa realized that. He wanted to say that Joey is not a man who deserves to cry. Joey was one of two former best friends who had asked him out. Aldin, Kinta's former tenth grade, also met him secretly during recess. Express his feelings. Until now Raisa kept it a secret from Kinta. He didn't want any misunderstandings.

"Why do you like me? Didn't you just break up with Kinta? Do you know who Kinta is besides your ex? She's my best friend."

"Love doesn't need a reason, Raisa."

Raisa smiled crookedly. As far as he studies formulas, where there is action there must be reaction. Wherever there is a cause there must be an effect. So it is with love. He still hasn't received a statement about loving without reason. There's no way someone can just fall in love. When separating, there are many reasons put forward, even though the most tragic is, they don't love anymore.

"Eh, Bel, where are you going?" Raisa asked in surprise when Bela got up from her seat suddenly and then came out of the canteen.

Arifah pulled Raisa's hand not to chase Bela.

"What's wrong with him?"

Instead of answering, Kinta turned her eyes towards Raisa's left. The reason why Bela suddenly left feeling sad and angry.

"Joey made tantrums," murmured Arifah, pointing with the tail of his eye.

"What is he doing?" Raisa looked at Joey who was now winking at him.

Arifah sighed softly before explaining. While Raisa is enjoying chicken noodles, Joey glances at her flirtatiously without caring about Bela's feelings.

"You don't have anything wrong with Joey too, right?" investigate Kinta who suspects something.

"You accuse me?" Raisa's sulut who easily gets caught up in emotion, considering that today there are so many events that are beyond his expectations.

Raisa didn't wait for Kinta's explanation, who was sorry she had said that. He got up, approached Joey's table who was smiling coolly at him.

"What is it, honey?" said Joey, standing up. Raisa really wanted to spill the chili sauce on Joey's face but she didn't want to because she remembered her good name all this time.

"Can you do it or not, you don't need to add the title of land crocodile to destroying people's friendship. Your eyes are guarded!"

The atmosphere of the canteen is still quiet there are only a few students who buy water from the field. But because Raisa's shout was not said to be soft, inviting the audience for free to surround them.

'The current Raisa is not the old Raisa'

"Why are you so angry dear." Joey held Raisa's hand half pressing, making Raisa grimace a little in pain.

"Take it off or not!" Raisa snapped who didn't like to be touched carelessly.

"Now you have become a spectacle, honey. Look at you like a famous person. This is not what you want. Already tired of being a nerd," Joey scoffed with laughter because all attention was diverted to them. Raisa swept her gaze, Kinta and Arifah stood not far from her without trying to help, not because they were afraid, but instead two of Joey's friends who got in the way by threatening something.

"Just your best friend who is hungry, I told you I don't love him anymore. Why do I have to take care of his feelings again?"

Joey tightened his grip on Raisa's arm which was struggling to release.

"Let go of the— ''

"Let go of my girl's hand!"

The sound of bazz cut off Atha's stern shout which entered the crowd past him. The white-faced, sharp-nosed boy with thick eyebrows walked casually, a little sweat still remaining on the tip of his temples.

"Don't you dare touch him even the tip of your nail or I'll cut your hand!" Yuda released Joey's grasping grasping, staring at him with glowing eyes ready to fight.

"Don't be a sissy, you dare to be a girl!"

Yuda turned to Raisa by checking the wrist which was still bowed down without looking at her.

"Are you okay?" he asked softly who got a small nod from Raisa.

"Thanks!" Raisa looked up, releasing Yuda's hand from her wrist. "I'm fine." Raisa immediately invited her two friends to return to class.

Yuda only glanced at him before turning to face Joey who showed a face without sin.

"You know me, right?" Joey grinned at Yuda's question. "Yes, I am Yuda Reid Wiltson, Raisa's boy. From now on, if I see you hurt her, you will know the consequences!"

"Eh, Dho, your friend is amnesiac. This is not the school, right?" Said Joey, glancing at Ridho who was standing near the second table from between them.

"Starting from today, I go to school here. You can hear that!" Yuda grabbed Joey by the collar, "I like to fight!" he continued, pushing Joey hard.

Joey's two friends stepped in to help him stand up to avenge Yuda's treatment, which had dropped their image so far, which was feared by the students. However, Atha's firm words stopped their approach and disperse the crowd back to their respective classes.

"Anyone who is still here in a matter of seconds will immediately be called the principal!"

"You're ketos, right? Ridho's brother, right? Ah, I still remember you!" Yuda said after paying close attention to Atha's appearance, which had not changed since a long time ago with glasses and clothes tucked in but her charismatic appearance still emanated with the handsome face that was owned by Ridho.

"It's nice to have ketos like you," Yuda held out his hand which Atha accepted reluctantly. "From now on I am an Antariosa student," he continued patting Atha's shoulder before moving on to Ridho. Atha soon leaves from there. "Your brother isn't stiff like you," he whispered softly, embracing Ridho's shoulder, "I accept your bet!"

Ridho smiled with satisfaction and said, "You have to know that Raisa is not one of the girls who is easy to beat." Yuda just shrugged, invited his friend to come home. Don't call his name Yuda if you can't make girls look down at him. So far, he has dated many girls, even though not in the true sense, but none of them would refuse Yuda if he was asked to travel, take walks, let alone be used as dating. An invitation that never came out of his lips so far.

"Are you sure you want to move just want to take this bet?" asked Rio who stopped Yuda from wearing his helmet.

"Only two months, it's easy," Yuda replied lightly with a smile.

"Until when are you guys playing such ridiculous bets?"

"Yes, Yu, it's not only Alif who wants to know but me too," said Rijal, "why do you and Ridho always play bets. No racing, basketball, fighting, now it's a girl's bet. Is that your friendship game, huh?" he continued sarcastically. Even though he has been quite helpful and supportive of Yuda, there is a good side to prohibit and not let Yuda do things beyond his limits.

"You don't have to come this time. I just moved, you don't. Lo Rio don't want to ask questions?" Yuda put on a helmet ready to start the motorbike.

"You really want to get punched, Yu," Rio got on behind him, Yuda. "Already ah let's just pull it out! You will also continue this game. You are just as stubborn as Ridho, your friend!"

Yuda continued the motor at high speed. 'With this game I can be happy.'
