Book 3 - Ch. 191: It Feels So Right

As soon as I come downstairs and see Beth standing by the front door, I know this isn’t going to be good. Luckily, I threw on some basketball shorts before coming downstairs. I see Jude grabbing the throw from the couch and then wrapping it around himself as Beth stares avidly at his form.

I frown, wondering why the fuck she’s here and when she glances my way, she frowns herself, but her attention turns back to Jude when he asks what she’s doing here. I’m praying the Ella stays upstairs, so this doesn’t get any worse, but then again, Ella has every right to be included in this as well.
