Barbeque Party

I felt cold so I tried to move to my side searching for some warmth but when my hand caresses my side it was already emptied. Isaac is nowhere to be seen I rubbed my eyes and open them slowly. Oh god, I slept more than Isaac slept, he should be the one resting not me. I checked my phone for the time and it was 6 p.m. already. Great I slept 4 hours straight and to think I’m not even that tired. I scooted down to my bed and freshen up in the bathroom before I went down into the living room.

I went down and saw no one in the living room. I think everyone is busy preparing for dinner then. I walked straight to the kitchen where I hear the voices of my family. I opened the door and my mom, aunt, and Alice are the only ones present, who is cooking. I scan the room for the boys but I couldn’t see them.

“There you are, you sleep well honey? my mom said when she noticed me.

“Hmm, I fall asleep which I didn’t realize. Where’s everyone? I said with my eyes still wondering where’s my man.

"Are
