In a dilemma

The scent of Lily and the donuts mixed with the air around her. Charlotte sits next to the gravestones of her parents who are graved here for twenty years but she had no idea. The caretaker of the penthouse that her grandma owned secretly brought her late parents and buried them in the Hay yard behind the house.

Biting the donut that she brought along with the flower bouquet, she smiles bitterly. The smile highlights her loneliness. Detailed the sadness with its half-hearted smile.

Her eyes go to the name on the stone, Anna Milestone. Her Mom's name. They all have classical names. She doesn't know but seems like everyone in her family has old names. Her father is Elijah Milestone.

Chugging the beer she brought with the donuts, she rests her head on her folded hand over her knees. Staring at the gravestones blankly, she keeps silent for a while until her lips part away with a word-forming silently.
