Killing Her

Caliana's POV

I have been staying here for three days now. Edward was true to his word of not letting me leave. Vince and Evelyn left to their dismay, leaving me here with Ellis. He was most delighted to spend more time with Love.

Edward was still pursuing me and sending me flowers every day but nothing he did impressed or warmed my heart. I wasn't ready to be with him all this was still fresh in my heart. I kept feeling like I needed to do something important, however, I didn't know what but I knew I'd feel better once I did.

The door opened and Edward walked in with a breakfast tray in his hands.

"Good morning," He greeted cheerily but I didn't smile back at him.

"Hungry?" He asked, putting the food on the glass coffee table. He made the breakfast himself, I would know the shape of those pancakes anywhere. I was starving since I didn't go down for breakfast and ate early last night. I sat on the couch and slowly ate my food under his watchful gaze.
