Chapter 21
Billy is the one who arranges those racing matches and also the one who keeps everything in order when things go berserk. No one knows about this place unless you’ve been brought by someone already related to illegal car racing. I remember one time when Max got into trouble for speeding. He broke the law by racing against Aiden on the main highway. The guy really instigated Max and tried to get him into trouble but Billy was there to help us.
Billy will always be there for us. He once attended St-Xavier high school back in the days and he’s always been supporting the St-Xavier guys on the race tracks. He is like a father to me. If my father was still alive, he would have been just like him. This ongoing enmity between St-Xavier and Troy high schools has long since existed.
No one knew what led these two high-schools to have this amount of hatred for one another but all I knew was that it was related to the racing tracks. No one has ever tried to understand

He has solved all the cases that he took up so far. I was certain that he will solve this case as well as get Lea’s father behind the bars in no time. She lived ten years without her. She shouldn’t live motherless her whole life. She should at least meet her mother now that she was at such a difficult stage in her life.
