Chapter 31 Deliberately Targeted Her

Everyone present could not help but be stunned for a bit.

Seeing her resume intercepted by that large hand, Rosalie felt even more nervous.

She had deliberately been avoiding Byron the moment she saw him. She did not even dare look at him through the periphery of her vision.

Now, the man had suddenly reached his hand out and taken away her resume. She had to pay attention to him.

Byron grabbed the resume in his big hand tightly. He glanced over Rosalie's face and said pointedly, "There are quite a number of people faking resumes to swindle others nowadays. Old Man Quirke’s condition is already bleak, so we can’t be cheated by these people."

With that, he casually flipped open the resume in his hand. His speed of browsing was really slow as if he was trying to distinguish what was real and what was not in the resume.
