Helen looked at her daughter and shook her head, she knew arguing with her is baseless. Helen wasn't a talkative but she knew she couldn't hide the shame, she couldn't die in silence so she had to voice out. Who knows if there was someone that could help her hearing what they pass through or she thought if she tell what she faced to some singles, they will think twice before jumping into a relationship or marriage. Helen's daughter remembered vividly that her mom almost slapped her one night because she spilled what happened in their family to an outsider, the event replayed in her memory, but here her mom was, exposing everything to an outsider.
