Chapter 22

‘What does she mean by that, I don’t know whether to be touched or smack her!’ Sapphire said in a protective mode in my head.

‘You leave her alone as she means well and to me, she is more like a mother figure since I was young, and she makes the best pancakes.’ I replied to Sapphire trying to defend Flora.

Sapphire just nodded in reply in my head and went back to sleeping, I can’t be too mad at her as this is all new for her to experience and she is clearly going to be on edge. After we all finished breakfast and Ryder took the tray back to the Royal apartment, we all started to watch films on my new TV chilling on the bed with all the snacks that were from yesterday, but we were all too tired to do anything but sleep.

“As much as this is a brilliant idea to chill in bed since we all have a busy day tomorrow with the party, we do need some fresh air.” Ryder said with some good sense.
