How did this happen? Why have I been unconscious? Why can’t I feel or hear Saph? Have I lost my wolf? All these questions were spinning around in my head with many more included, I just sat there staring at Ryder in disbelief as I remember being awake or starting to wake up, but nobody could hear me or see me trying to move. It was at that point my stomach decided to do the loudest grumble going which caused myself, Ryder, and Lovelace to laugh breaking the deafening silence that was filling the room.

“You must be hungry according to that noise, please eat something small and as often as you can to build up your strength again.” Lovelace advised.

“What about my training, can I still carry it on, or do I have to wait for months?” I asked, not liking the idea of being out of training so long if there was to be a war.

“I would wait at least two weeks to allow your body to gain strength and for your ribs to heal fully then I don’t see why you couldn’t start training, starting off small th
