When Sex Is Punishment

Zara's POV

“Huh-” I got breathless and spat out the glass of water when Xander said the most unexpected thing in the world.

Everyone on the table was shell-shocked except for my husband, Xander.

I coughed incessantly and tried to regain my composure but my throat muscles tightened with uneasiness when Andrew questioned, “Zara, are you married?”

I couldn't face Andrew who was seated next to me. Just a few moments back, I introduced him as my boyfriend in front of Xander and Tania and now Xander came up with this revelation.

All I could do was pass a sharp-eyed glance at Xander.

Smirking darkly, Xander had his eyes on mine, but his words directed toward Andrew.

“Yes, she has a husband, and I wonder why she would cheat on him with multiple men.”

If he wasn't enough, Tania butted in, “Eww, Zara! This is ridiculous. You are playing with two men or even more than that.”

She wore a disgusting face but deep down, I noticed a hidden smirk. She was probably happy with how I was defamed.
