Daniel Brooke turned back to look at Lisa and saw her getting in the taxi that took off within a blink. He stood there motionlessly looking at the back of the taxi until it went out of his line of sight. He couldn’t shake off her last words. He felt heavy in his heart. Her words compelled him to think that he might be doing wrong. However, he shook off that thought from his head almost immediately it appeared. He had done so many things just to take her back by his side. This was his golden chance to win her back and he couldn't miss this. Though convincing her would be a challenging one, he was ready to face any challenge. If she didn't come back to him easily, he would force her to come back. After thinking like that, he walked to his car and drove off.
