Chapter 25: Broken Relationship

Its been one week, I hired some men so that Lucas can't go near me. As the sun sank on the horizon I walked towards the door next to my room, with a heavy heart.

I looked around the room. It's really beautiful, with some toys around. I smiled painfully as I picked one of the stuffed animals from the cribs and hugged it tightly, as the unbearable pain started to linger within me.

I started sobbing. I thought that here in this house we would fulfill one of our dreams of having a happy family, but here I will feel the most painful part of my life.
