Chapter 30

The Walkers' sudden activity caught the attention of virtually everyone in Drunham City. A lot of the smaller families were beginning to feel anxious, trying to figure out if they were the ones who crossed the Walkers. The entire city seemed to be engulfed in a cloak of impending doom.

Meanwhile, a scrawny old man was perched on the couch of Howard's office, staring at him with a knowing look. "Mr. Mosier, the Walkers are hosting an event in a few days that will involve three thousand or so people. This event will be held around Walker Mansion, and I hope that the police will stay out of this. I won't be able to guarantee what will happen if the police intervene without reason!"

The Walkers were just as arrogant even toward the chief of police himself!
