Jovie, who had her eyes trained on the TV screen all this while, suddenly turned around and was rather amused by the sight of her parents with their arms around each other as though they had fused into one. She covered her mouth, giggling mischievously. "Haha, Mom and Dad are being naughty!"

Celena finally snapped out of her stupor and realized, to her embarrassment, that she had leaped straight into Liam's arms without really noticing what she was doing, which resulted in her straddling Liam in a manner that was not exactly child-friendly.

Celena's face flushed scarlet, and she quickly retreated from Liam's embrace, practically leaping to the other end of the couch in an effort to avoid him.

Liam felt her warm body leave his. Within the next moment, Celena was already sitting on the other end of the couch. He was a little disappointed by this, and could not help shooting Jovie an indignant look when he heard her giggles. "How is this naughty? Dads are allowed to hug their wives!"
