Dime held me as I continued to cry,
"You doing better?" Dime asked as my cried became quite
"Yeah," I responded as I lifted my head and wiped my eyes
"You want to stay in here a little longer while I go check on the boys?" Dime asked as she wiped my cheeks, I nodded, not wanting to see Drew and Tom at the moment,
"Ok, you lay in your bed and I'll go check on them before coming back for you," Dime said as she helped me to the bed
"Thanks, Dime," I whispered as I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I opened my eyes to see the sun shining through my window,
"How long have I been out?" I asked myself as I got out of my bed and moved to the window,
"Wow, the sun looks like it's been up for a while," I said to myself as I smiled, welcoming the sun rays on my face and skin.

As I wiped my tears away Drew and Tom came bursting through the classroom door, "Are you ok?" I ran to Drew as the fight started to pick up heat. Drew took the first punch that was thrown by a gang member, but Drew threw one right back as soon as he gathered his wits.
