ONE IN A MILLION

Hailey paced up and down, waiting for Williams' call. She stared at her wrist, which she had slit, and smiled. "It was all worth it," she said.

Having understood her brother, Williams, all these years, she knew that if she merely requested, he would not have agreed to go against Zach's relationship for her sake.

So she had deliberately put up the drama of fainting on the day Zach confessed his feelings to Paige.

She also slit her wrist because she knew he would not let her die, and she'd eventually succeeded in blackmailing him emotionally. Now that he had agreed to help make Zach hers, she felt a lot at ease.

All she had to do was sit back and wait for the results to happen. He had left the house, telling her that he wanted to observe Paige for a few days to understand her better; the things she liked, and what she spent most of her time doing. That way, he'd be able to know how best to win her over and create misunderstandings between her and Zach.

She was waiting for his call beca
