Chapter 68. The Challenge in the West

We drove for about half an hour on his raptor until finally, we halted in front of the wide training center of the Western pack. There are already warriors at the entrance waiting for us before Alpha Xander parks his raptor along with the other vehicles. He got down first before me and opened my door promptly before I step down. It's a bit high so I have to hold his arm before I reach the ground.

"Careful Nelika."

He whispers in my ear, making me aware of the warmth his body is against mine sending shivers across my back to my toes. "Thank you."

I struggle to keep my feelings clear when he is this close to me. His minty breath and hypnotizing stare made me want to crawl back into bed with him and remember how good we are together last night.

"Stop thinking about it for now Nelika, or we will gonna have to skip this meeting."
