Luna made it her obligation to spend as much time with Valerie, telling her stories of the ancient pack, showing her pictures, and learning as much as she could about Valerie.
Valerie is grateful for the attention from Luna. It has been a while she had a mother figure talking to her the way her Mom did. She selfishly wanted to spend as much time with Luna as possible.

I said earlier there is a reason why I am not reporting Roland, yeah! There is a reason why. If I go ahead to report Roland to the Luna or Alpha nothing hood will come out of it. They will never believe me, as far as j know Roland knows my secret and can convince them on my all he saw.
