“And she was like Vanessa you win,” Vanessa said mimicking her sister, “after saying that she hugged me, like who does that” she said laughing out loud. Evelyn has gotten to the pack safely although she won't admit it but I am sure she will like it there.

“Vanessa I have to go now, I have an important meeting to attend,” I said to her as I stood up from the bed, I needed to meet up with the elders to find a way to prevent any further attack by the witches.

“So soon, can’t this meeting wait,” Vanessa said with a frown on her face, she held my hands back, pouting her lips to prevent me from leaving.

“No it can’t wait, but I promise I will be back as soon as possible, now stand up from the bed and go get dressed,” I said releasing her grip on my hand. If Vanessa has the opportunity to follow me wherever I go she will gladly.
