I watched as AJ and Aaron ran into the woods howling into the night sky. I bit my lips as fear engulfed me. What if something happens while he's gone? My heart sank the second I watched Ajax's body begin to morph into his human form before falling unconscious with blood pooling under him. It's been a few days since my parents and sister came to live at the pack house after Dominic's death. His presence was a dark cloud hanging ove them. The relieve that they felt when Dad ended his life was palpable.
