Amber Pov

The sermon I expected Phil to give me didn't happen. Or maybe it won't happen yet. He was only quiet while driving home. I can't help but feels awkward. When I couldn't take it anymore, I broke the deafening silence between the two of us.

"Now, you can say what you want to say to me, Phil. I know you have a lot to say to me because of what happened," I began the conversation. Instead of following what I said he just looked at me for a few seconds then turned his concentration back to driving again.

I didn't know what he was thinking because I couldn't read any expression or emotion on his face. His expression is just blank which I usually see in him. Because he didn't answer me, so I didn't speak again and just kept quiet in my seat. But when we arrived at the gate of his house, he did not let me out by locking the door. I gave him a bad look. He didn't want to talk to me but he didn't want to let me out of his car. What does he really want to happen?
