Chapter 21. Vega's Mind

When Vega walked a little away from them, she heard her dad complaining about her mother's behavior at home.

"Vega is leaving us now because of you. Vega is very sensitive when she is asked and spoken to about marriage. If you pay attention, she always leaves us when she talks about that! You must know about that, right?" Vega's dad got mad at Vega's mother.

"I know," Vega's mother answered while she rolled her eyes.

"I really miss Vega. Why are you even talking about that?" Vega's father argued angrily.

"Indeed, do you think that I don't miss her? I also miss Vega," complained Vega's mother.

"So, why did you ask that question? There appears to be no other topic of discussion." Vega's father asked that because, if Vega's mother really missed Vega, of course Vega's mother wouldn't have asked about it and instead talked about other topics that could be discussed together like health, their lives, etc.
