Encounter with Carlos

Rebecca's POV

I plan on how to tell Austin about my past. I don't want Carlos to ruin my relationship, the one I was so happy with.

“It's better if you tell him the truth, Rebecca, before Carlos does it.” Olivia said to me when we were going to work.

“I don't know where to start from. It has been more than five years now since I saw Carlos. The last time we saw each other was the day of our break-up. I don't know what he wants with me now.” I say to her.

“It's obvious. He realized what he had lost, and he is trying to get you back, friend.” Olivia said.

“After all this time, he must be mistaken. What makes him think that I still want him, over my dead body.” I say to her. I realized I was burning up with anger. The way he treated me, no one has ever done that to me. I will be running mad if I go back to him.

“Don't let this affect you, Rebecca, please. Just do the right thing, and that is telling Austin about your past. Don't let this destroy your relationship.” She said.

I will tell
