It made no sense to me why Dede’s husband would hurt Ruby’s father. In fact, I had no clue that Dede was even married. Kyle said his men were holding Todd in one of his many warehouses. We decided to go straight there to get to the bottom of it.

We arrived at the location rather quickly. We did not waste any time and headed straight in. I saw a man sitting in a chair tied to it with ropes and zip ties. This man seemed like a hard fellow and I was not sure how easy it would be to get the truth out of him.

I pulled up my own chair and sat directly across from Todd. “I am sure you are very uncomfortable being stuck to that chair, but if you answer my questions honestly, I will release you.” I said, but truth be told I was not so sure that I would.
