CHAPTER 13: MEET THE PARENTS

Sunny’s POV

We were standing by the doorway when a black limousine stopped in front of Damon’s house. My hands were shaking while looking down. Damn, why do I feel so nervous? What if they don’t like me? What if they ask me to just leave? What if they ask me questions that I cannot answer?

“Don’t be nervous, they are nice.” I suddenly heard Damon whispered to me and so I looked at him. Tss. How can I assure that they are nice when all you keep on doing is to be mean to me?

“Good Evening, Mr. and Mrs. Furlord.” The maids greeted the couple who entered the mansion. Damon bowed to them and so did I. “G-Good Evening, ma’am.”

“Oh, Damon sweetie! I missed you so much! Thank you for inviting us over!” said the woman as he came running towards Damon and hugged him, also showering his face with kisses, causing him to frown. I almost laughed upon seeing his irritated face
