Derek's pov

I waited impatiently for Tania to speak but all she did was avert her gaze from mine.

"It's more than I can explain I just need you to trust me" she pleads with me causing me to move steps away from her

"Say something Tania, make up some excuse tell me it's not what I'm thinking" I half yell as my voice echoed all over the dungeon.

"You need to trust me, Derek, I can't say anything else," she says once more, for the first time Tania calling out my name sounds repulsive to me.

I had been contemplating the fact that it might be some sort of mistake but her not denying the whole matter made it worse.

"I should trust you? Damn!!!.... I've been a fool, haven't I? You played me all this time, you knew exactly what I was after, what I was searching for.

And I poured out my secrets to you, I let down my guard, and yet you didn't say a thing '' I yelled while hitting my hands against the iron wrought bars.
