He got to the palace, not bothering to go up and shower or change into something more comfortable. He went around looking for his parents.

He found them having tea and helped himself to some.

"Where are you coming from?" his father demanded,

He took a sip of his tea first, intentionally making him wait. He placed it back on the table before turning to face him.

His father nodded, too embarrassed to say anything to him.
