Chapter 14 - Misunderstanding

Trevor POV

My heart pounds not only in my chest but in my ears and my head, giving me an instant headache. My body goes stiff and my blood runs cold as Tiffany’s usually warm eyes freeze me on the spot.

If I could, I would push the woman off me and scream to Tiffany that it is a misunderstanding. It isn’t what she thinks it is.

My body moves towards her as she turns and bolts out of the studio. Every cell in my body screams at me to follow her, but the director’s harsh voice stops me in my tracks. “Trevor. I expect you to show miss Rhonda around. The owner told me she specifically asked for you.”

Mentally, I scream, “NO! STOP TOUCHING ME YOU WITCH!”
