My eyes could not shit its lids the entire time I laid on my bed trying so hard to sleep, and I also couldn't afford to toss around so that I wouldn't make any noise. There was no way I could even close my eyes. All I would see was Damien's face.

When I went back to meet him and he said that we could do the assignment together, I was really surprised because I didn't expect that from him. He had made it clear that he didn't want any close interaction with me, and it made me wonder what changed his mind and made him act that way.

I kind of chickened out and went to drink water to calm my nerves. When I returned back up the stairs, I wanted to make sure he was dressed already before I entered. However, he noticed and looked pissed already when he saw me peeping.
