PIERRE POV

“NO WAY!” a squeal laced with glee escaped my lips, the small straw that was clamped between the muscles of my mouth dropping into the glass of drink in front of me.

“Yes, way.” Sebastian merely smiled before giving his head a shake to clear the thick locks of hair from his face, then continued toying with the chips on a plate in front of him.

“Like ever? Not even once?” I couldn’t believe it. This tale he was telling me; it had to be straight from the kid’s book. There was no way that Sebastian had never dated, and the idea of him being pure and untouched was utterly absurd.

“Why is it so hard for you to believe that I haven’t dated?” He dropped the chips from his fingers before bracing his arms on the table, pinning his permeating gaze on me. I found myself shifting uncomfortably as he just looked, waiting for a response.
