Chapter 25: "Meeting her parents"

Kristina Valdez POV

The next day came after some scolding session with my mom, well she scolded me for attending the exams despite my condition, she was just worried about me. She knocked at my room and said, "Kristina, can I come in?"

"Sure." I said as I sat down in my bed

My mom came inside carrying some seaweed soup for me, "How are you feeling? Geez, I told you to just stay at home but you're too stubborn."

"I worked really hard for that exam so I feel like Angelo and my effort would be wasted if I didn't take it." I continued, "Besides, I all better now."

"Because Angelo said yesterday you have to." My mom mocks

"Mom!"

"Anyways, your dad's downstairs with his wife and your sister."

I smiled softly, "Okay, I'll get ready."

"With Angelo."

"Yes
