Belinda's POV

Yesterday was the final argument of all the parties involved in the murder of my mother. The months have gone by fast. Today, the jury will decide what will happen to my father, his wife, and those who helped them. I cannot wait to hear the results. They are guilty. Everybody that has been following the case has the same feeling as I have. They will go to prison for life. However, I know my father and how he is. I do not know if he got to the jury. I do not believe that they can, but one never knows. So I am very nervous. My father can be very charming, and I have seen him trying his best to persuade the jury that he is innocent. Amanda's mother had to get a lawyer. Jake can no longer practice and is in jail.

Amanda and I leave for court. Chase will get us there. Connor will stay with his grandparents after school. I hope that the jury has reached its verdict. I want justice for my mother, and I want my revenge. My mother did not deserve to die the way that she did, and
