Bernard sighed and looked at the cracked glassed surface of the table as he opened the door after knocking. He walked into the room as Edward glanced at him.

He stood and looked at Edward who kept gazing through outside the window. He knew the wave of emotion had hit the shore inside the man sitting in his sight, resting his chin under the clenched fist.

Edward took a glimpse of Bernard.

“Whatever you need to do, Bernard and please I need to take some fresh air for some hours…” He sipped the tea for the last time before rising from the seat and leaving the room.

Bernard turned around.

“Mr. Edward, where are you going?” He followed the steps of Edward. He hang the phone with the maintenance department to take care of the wrecked table and change it the new one.

“Send a man to check the table and change it…” Bernard hurriedly ended the phone call. He strolled down to follow his boss as he deeply concerned of Edward’s safety.
