I looked down at my dress and noticed I was bleeding, my clothes were soiled and blood was rolling down my legs, I ran to my room in embarrassment, face calming myself. Could today get any worse? Why was all of this happening in one day, can't life give me a break?

I looked at my bed and noticed it was soiled with my blood and I sighed in frustration. I quickly cleaned myself up along with the bed all the while thinking of how much embarrassment I had to visit myself. I wore sweatpants and a hoodie to feel more secure and walked to the living room where I saw Mr. King eating my takeout. He glanced at me without any sense of guilt as he continued to eat.
