DIANA

His presence is oddly comforting, it's enough, it feels safe, it feels happy and it finally feels like what I've craved all these years.

Our conversations are not forced, there is no silent moment, unless we're both giving our undivided attention to the TV, or staring at each other, smiling.

No one has made me feel this way in a long while, especially in such a short time, and I'm trying hard not to make it obvious that I haven't felt this way in a while.

When we're done with the last episode for the first season, we realize it's past 11.

“It's past 11” He says with a hint of disappointment in his voice.

“That it is, we could do this again?” I ask, standing up, I don't even know why I asked that.
