Chapter 19
The first thing I saw when I woke up was the beautiful tweeter bird I had seen the last time I had been in the pack house.
It wasn't outside like it had been before but rather it was in a golden cage which was placed beside me.
I sat up and groaned as the pain in my belly and back was still excruciating but I still managed to sit up.
On the cage was a small letter which on it was a wildflower.
I picked it up and read its content.
