A way to kill boredom.

CLAIRE

It was morning. The birds kept chirping, and the breeze blew softly, making everywhere cool. The sun glowed proudly in the clear, blue sky. White, fluffy clouds drifted across the sky, illuminating a cool aura around the burning sun. The dappled sun shone through the herbs in the garden, creating mysterious shadows. The hotness from the sun was gently blown on by the wind as it managed to sway the leaves of the trees about, giving fresh air around.

"Ha!" I roared as I got up from my crouching position, a small shovel in hand.

After Alex told me about the garden, I couldn't wait until morning to do my best with it. Once the night cleared away for the new day to begin, I raced out of the mansion. By the time I got to the garden, the sun was not yet out. Only the water from the morning dew decorated the edges of each leaf. I didn't mind that and started my work. Now, it was almost midday -if the way the rose high in the sky was any indication- and I was finally done with weeding
