Chapter 96- Stay at Home
"To be honest with you, I love the way this thing pinged in my ear. It is soothing and great" Grace voice said on Raymond comms. He put a hand on it to press it further into his ear.
"I thought I was the only one enjoying it" Raymond smiled. He also loved it too. These were high end devices obviously very expensive.
"Enjoy while it last Grace. I am afraid we won't be using it for long" he said regretfully.
"You know I don't know if I should be happy or be the opposite for what is happening right now. It was unbelievable. All the preparation and resources, we nailed our target on our first day. The funniest thing is that, I am only upset I will be missing this underground apartment" she hissed.
"We can talk with Mayor Mount to let us stay for some little time in it, you know like have our vacation there" Raymond said to console her.
