Arabella's POV

I sighed softly as I got into the car, feeling a little heavy about going to the office and working with a coworker who openly disliked me. From inside his car, Sean watched me for a long time before finally sitting down and fastening the seatbelt.

"What's wrong, Bella? You still look sluggish after having breakfast with Emi's food." Sean sounded worried, knowing that his housekeeper's cooking usually cheered me up immediately under any circumstances, but not this time.

I still remembered how Rachel had chuckled and whispered with the colleague next to her yesterday afternoon, just as I sat down and was about to get back to work. I tried to smile at them while saying hello, but they just fell silent and returned to their fun with occasional glances at me.

I felt very uncomfortable then, but I couldn't do anything when they weren't openly insulting or hurting me. I could only remain silent and keep working, trying to understand the overall flow of my job from Liam and Ch
