Chapter 50. Get the ball rolling

Charging towards her at a progressive speed, the goblin pushed out his arms, clawing at the witches stomach.

She wailed in pain as she beat down on his back.

Ella sat wide eyed , it was hard to say who was going to win. They both had strength and stamina. Although the goblin was much shorter, what he lacked in height, he made up in width.

Blood and flesh covered the floors, and when it was all over, no one was standing.

Both goblin and witch , were out for the count and Ella smiled to herself.

She couldn't believe that Jon had underestimated her wit.

As they moaned and grovelled on the floor, Ella picked up the phone.

A few minutes later, Jon walked in with a few people. They bagged the witch and the goblin and cleaned up the floor.

Ella smiled in content. It was was if nothing had ever happened.

"Where are all the interesting ones?" Ella laughed loudly." I want something that will make me feel like a damsel in distress."

"Don't wish something like that Ella. The high witch won't let
