Chapter 5

I took a step back, and I was preparing to escape as if this were my destiny.

I trembled momentarily when I found him right in front of me, contemplating me with rude glances, which made the heat run through my veins. He asked me in a deep tone of voice that penetrated deep down, "What's your name, beautiful?"

I stared at him for a moment, then unleashed my legs and sped as fast as I could, sneaking among passersby until I reached the exits of the village.

When I caught my breath, I felt a hand muzzle my mouth and a strong arm around my waist, and its owner glued my body to him. He stepped back, holding me with one arm effortlessly, despite my resistance to him.

I poked him with my elbow next to his ribs strongly, but he did not seem to be affected. As the amusement loomed in his eyes, he whispered in a hoarse voice, "You didn't answer my question?"

He lifted his gagged hand from my mouth, reinforced my body's restraint on him, poked his nose into my neck, took a long breath, and held him.

I turned my face to the other side with artificial aversion, but inside me it was burning, and a burning desire arose in my body that made me yearn to keep up.

I replied in a sarcastic tone, "Who are you to tell you what my name is?"

His grasp on me tightened, and his body tensed, revealing his extreme wrath. Unexpectedly, he released me, and before I could move away from him, his hand grabbed my locks, and he put me back to him, forcing me to stop.

His hand tilted to squeeze my neck so hard that I felt my lungs enlarge, and I couldn't catch my breath. His eyes sparkled a fiery red as he looked at me, which made me tremble with fear.

Snarling from between his lips, he says angrily and arrogantly, "This tongue of yours, I would be more than welcome to uproot in my own way, so I advise you to be polite in my presence, in the presence of Alexander's alpha."

I looked at him with artificial innocence and begged him, "Please, let me go."

He loosened his grip but shouted insistently, "You are dreaming; I looked for you a lot, now I have found you, and I will not leave you."

I exhaled narrowly, lifted my head to heaven tiredly, and rationally addressed him, "Listen to me, Alpha; I am never fit for you nor fit to be your companion. I am a rogue with bad manners and behavior."

"You can say I'm a pile of trouble walking on two legs, and it's better for you, and your group to reject me and release me before I bring you shame."

He lowered his hands, knotted them in front of his chest, looked at me suspiciously, and shook his head in refusal, like a stubborn child who refuses to leave his doll.

"No, impossible, you will stay with me against your will, and I don't care what the damn lie you made up to keep me away from you, so stop your attempts to offend yourself; I will not leave you, and this is my final decision."

Berries my lips sarcastically. Damn, he thinks I'm a liar. Surely he could not have imagined that what I said was the bare truth and also that my head was wanted.

Smash mates!

When I realized his insistence on his position, I asked him with a reminder, "And what about the bride of Alpha Alexander? Would she accept such a situation?"

He frowned at me resentfully as he said, "Damn! How can I forget something like this? Ah! Finding you made me forget something important like this!

When I saw him unfocused, I walked a few steps, ready to escape, but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him so hard that my body collided with his chest with such force that it made me hurt.

I pressed my hand against his wide chest, trying to push him away, but he muttered, "I warned you beforehand, but it looks like I'm going to suffer from taming you."

Sarcastically, I questioned him, "In what capacity? Will you end your marriage with her for the rogue?"

He gave me a lost look. repeating what I had said and asking, "Rogue?! Is what you said the truth?!"

I replied firmly, "Yes, what are you going to do now?"

After several seconds of silence, he said with a raised eyebrow, "You will be my mistress. The Alpha Red Moon Pack shouldn't wed a renegade like you, and your terrible truth will stay a secret between us."

He hurt my pride with his vitriolic words, so I raised my free hand and intended to slap him with all my might. But, in a quick move, he grabbed my arm and twisted it firmly behind my back.

I yelled at him sharply, a cry that tore the silence of the place. "I hate you, I am the one who rejects you, you arrogant beast." and I tried to escape his grip with all my might, using every muscle in my body to get rid of his iron grip.

I thought he was going to kill me after what I said, but he screamed in an angry voice mixed with the sound of his wolf, which made me freeze in place.

He gritted his teeth angrily as he said, "No woman has yet been born who rejects Alpha Alexander. I don't want to hear this nonsense again. Your place is in my arms. It doesn't matter how, whether you want it or not."

When I freed my arm from his grasp after fierce resistance, I felt the blood of anger running through my veins, and I shouted at him with all my might, "I will not accept to be a slave to your pleasure, you filthy bastard."

I heard his teeth gnashing as he stared at me with angry glances, his body trembling with anger. He muttered in a terrifying voice, "There are only two solutions to silence this mouth that speaks only follies, either by force or...".
