The Burkes and Walters didn’t come forward to join the fun even though one of their ears and half their soul was at the entrance with Chris where the hubbub was transpiring. The Burke brothers were keeping the other major customers entertained although all of them marked this debt in their hearts while the Walter siblings were keeping their mother distracted so that this episode didn’t attract any more negative impressions on Emile.

Emile sat distracted on the way back to the hotel, her mind kept reeling on the Chris and Daniel’s exchange at the entrance at the end of the event. Chris didn’t interrupt her thoughts. He silently accompanied her till they reached their suite.

“Wife, can you tell me what’s wrong?” Chris asked once they were resting in the lounge after checking on the little ones.

“I am fine.” Emile raised her head and smiled sweetly.

“Wife, you know me I never intrude on other people’s privacy or thoughts….” Chris paused before continuing “But you are my wife.”

“Wife,
