Chapter 117 Who is she?
Abigail PhillipsHi my wonderful readers! I know this chapter and the past several have had a lot of scenes from book 1. Thankfully, I was able to give you new content as well inside these chapters. However, this chapter I really wasn't able to do that as much. Everything in here I thought was important to Noah's story and I couldn't leave it out. Noah's POV It's been 3 days since my first kiss with Michael and things have been a little awkward, I guess you could say. At least on my end. Noah's POV I think that phone call messed me up more than I'd like to admit. Because of that phone call, I was embarrassingly a little too clingy last night with the Alpha. Noah's POV I wake up feeling more comfortable than I ever have in my entire life. I nuzzle my face into my body pillow as I begin to wake up. Noah's POV I don't know what's going on with me but I feel so different with each passing day. It's getting harder to focus during training, I'm constantly losing focus, and it's costing me each time I take a hit that I wasn't expecting. Third Person's POV Michael woke up feeling a warmth and a weight on him. He blinked his eyes then lifted his head to look down, but felt hair tickling his face. He smiled when the warm weight that was laying on him began to purr and slowly move around. His arms wrapped around Noah as he began to wake up. During the night Noah climbed on top of Michael and apparently used him as a bed. Michael reached up, tilting his chin up, so he could see his face. His heart skipped a beat when those eyes fluttered open and he saw the beautiful blue eyes of Noah's. Michael ran his hand through his hair again, brushing it out of his face more before gently caressing his cheek. Michael's POV I smiled as I sat down at the dinner table. I looked around the room to see almost everyone smiling at us. Although some looked at us shocked. Third Person's POV That night at dinner was the last time Michael was able to leave the room. Noah refuses to leave his nest at this point, but he also refuses to allow Michael to leave. And it's getting harder and harder to get him to eat. All he wants to do at this point is sleep. A little bit of his feistiness has seemed to come back and Michael think it's because he's so sleepy. His body is trying to get as much rest as it can before he goes into heat. His body is trying to store that energy because he's going to need it. Although he won't need as much since Michael had the doctor give him suppressant. Michael knows Noah is not ready to have sex, and he doesn't want him to do anything he's not ready for.
