Chapter 532 Nowhere to Hide Under the Sun

Cesar's heart momentarily skipped a beat, but he managed to conceal his emotions. With a light and breezy smile, he placed a cup of coffee in front of Henry. "Mr. Chase, please enjoy the coffee."

Then, he inquired, "What would you like to inquire about, Mr. Chase?"

"Why did you take my wife to that vacant lot alone that day, Mr. Cesar?" Henry picked up the cup and took a sip of the coffee.

He then looked up at Cesar again with a friendly gaze, as if the topic they were discussing was nothing unusual.

Of course, Cesar had his explanation at the ready too.

"Actually, I've been considering designing a villa myself, so I took Mrs. Chase there."

"But your explanation seems to differ from what my wife told me, Mr. Cesar."

Henry distinctly recalled that Natalie had informed him of Cesar mentioning Shane having something to tell her, and that was why she'd gone with him.

Cesar certainly remembered what he had told Natalie, but he was also afraid that they would ask Shane about it too.
