“Why this sulky face, Mr. Hamilton?” I ask him with the brightest smile I can muster but what I am feeling in the depth of my mind is quite opposite. This man made me wait on him for hour. I never took pain for anyone else in my life before and finally he showed up around ten in the night and giving me a plain face.

“Nothing that concerns you.” He replies flatly and walks past me. I trail behind him.

“Oh, come on, Blaze, you’re the only living creature on this planet with whom I can interact. I get bored here throughout the day.” I pout and it’s true. I used to spend less time at home and spend hours socializing but now I’m afraid to leave the safe confinements of this small house.

He let out a throaty chuckle at my reaction and takes off his coat. Throwing it on the couch, he rolls his sleeve, it looks really sexy.
