Bruce gave Stacy a reassuring look, trying to calm her nerves. Silently telling her that it's fine to share anything that bothered her.

He knew something was wrong somewhere for her to be so hesitant to pick up her calls.

"Don't do this Mr. Yates. You can't know about this. He will only use you for his benefits, Sir,” Stacy pleaded desperately, trying to convince him but she wasn't voicing her words out but instead saying them through her glossy amber eyes.
