JUST LIKE OLD TIMES

Maya squinted her eyes as she stared at Jack. She couldn't tell if he was complimenting or insulting her. But all the same, she said, "thanks Jack."

"You're welcome" Jack replied. He had actually complimented her sincerely because she was someone who barely put a lot of effort into her looks. Although she wasn't in the same league as Cindy, she was beautiful nonetheless and had her own appeal so, it wasn't surprising that she already had a fiance.

Just as Jack slowly began to move, Maya asked him to stop driving for a while because she had something to say to him. Jack decided that it was better that way because he also wanted to speak to her.

Maya acted like she was hesitating and after a while said, "Cindy doesn't like the fact that we are friends and for reasons best known to her, she perceives me as a threat and believes that I want to snatch you away from her."

Jack looked at Maya in surprise because this was the same thing he wanted to speak to her about. She continued.

Jack is one dumb sob and Maya is a witch. Can’t wait until someone finally shows Jack the REAL Maya. Remember, Cindy left her phone on as well so I’m sure Tim heard everything too! Come on Spencer, help Cindy out.
