Siana watched as they both entered with wild smiles. Ethan's eyes met her dying face with joy. Alexander watched with his smile slowly disappearing as Ethan's face lit up gazing into Siana's face. He watched as Siana flashed Ethan a feeble smile. He hated seeing such a beautiful smile being flashed at someone else, someone he deemed unworthy, he wanted it for himself. A scoff sprung from his lips with his classic death smirk. "Are you okay?" Ethan asked walking up to the bed with a slight smile.
