Chapter 27 - Puppy eyes
"Whose house is this?"
Valentina asked in astonishment. After lunch, Xavier brought her to the farthest east side of the city. Valentina was mesmerized by the house in front of her. It looked modern and beautiful. She couldn't help but praise it.
"Ours!!"
The mere response from Xavier swelled her heart with warmness. He didn't say his instead he said ours.
"Let's go in!!"
Xavier held her hand and led her inside the huge mansion which he was calling a house.
Valentina was dumbstruck as she ventured inside the house. It was all black in color except for a few pieces of furniture, the floor and the white ceiling.

Valentina heard a voice and looked up. She found Lan smiling while looking at the entrance. She followed his trail of eyesight and gasped when she saw Xavier nodding to the air hostess.
